The safety programs in our library represent many of the nation's leading producers of training programs. Your membership is not limited to the number of programs you may borrow during the term of your membership. The membership is restricted only to the maximum allowed to be borrowed at one time by your selected membership plan.
During the first 30 days of becoming a new member of our DVD Library Service, you may cancel your membership for any reason by notifying us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Members paying monthly by credit card may cancel their membership at any time prior to their next billing cycle.
National Resource Safety Center operates as a private safety video library membership. As a member, you will have free access to our entire library of safety videos and borrow any safety and health video training program without rental or use fees. The library is comprised of commercial safety training videos produced by leading production companies, and these safety videos are also available for purchase by the public. All training content is believed to be correct, accurate and reliable at the time they were produced. NRSC does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the content provided in these video programs. Programs may not be shown where an admission is charged. NOTE: Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of copyrighted motion pictures. (Title 17, United States Code, Sections 501 and 506).
All reserved orders should arrive on or before selected delivery date when reservations are placed at least seven (7) business days in advance of their delivery date. All other orders will be shipped via Federal Express Standard 2 Day Air and billed to the borrower. When returning programs to NRSC, we recommend that you use a delivery carrier that can provide order tracking.
All standard video order delivery will be shipped via Federal Express ground. Standard delivery requires orders placed at least seven (7) business days in advance of the requested delivery date and will be billed to the member. Each shipment may contain up to 3 video programs per shipment. Borrower will be responsible for payment for the safe return of all videos borrowed back to the NRSC address below. While videos are being returned by the borrower's carrier, the videos are considered to be under the borrower's control.

Members/borrowers are allowed an extended return grace period of up to (10) calendar days beyond the return due date. After the grace period expires, and the program(s) are not returned to the NRSC library, the program(s) will be considered lost and the member/borrower will be liable for the costs to replace the program(s).
Members/borrowers are liable for programs that are returned late or are irreparably damaged while under the member's possession or control. NRSC will assess a replacement value and will invoice the member/borrower. We recommend that you carefully inspect all programs when they are first received. If a program is determined to be damaged, NRSC library must be notified immediately.
Members/borrowers returning borrowed video programs after the expiration of the return grace period will be billed for a restocking fee. This fee pays for the re-entering of the video program into the NRSC inventory system.
All On Demand streaming videos will offer a free preview. Purchased On-Demand viewing credits expire in 24 months from purchase date. Viewing credits will not expire for active Members of the DVD library. Additional On-Demand viewing credits may be purchased using: VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, or with a purchase order for 50 or more credits, we will invoice your order.
Members may create up to 500 authorized individual password protected accounts (sub-accounts). Sub accounts may be restricted to the number of video available for On Demand views and DVD videos that may be borrowed at a time.
